摘要
本文以胃肠作用为指标,比较新疆三种阿魏的药理作用,探讨乌恰阿魏、多伞阿魏代替新疆阿魏应用的可能性。结果说明,三种阿魏对大鼠应激性胃溃疡和乙酰水杨酸致药物性胃溃疡均有明显的防治作用。在离体肠肌实验中,三种阿魏均抑制兔肠肌的自发蠕动。以半效抑制浓度(IC_(50))为标准,抑制作用强弱依次为多伞阿魏、乌恰阿魏和新疆阿魏。本研究为新疆阿魏治疗消化系统疾病和以乌恰阿魏、多伞阿魏代替新疆阿魏应用提供了药理学依据。
Authors studied and compared with the pharmacologic effect of three species of Ferula on the gastroenteric tract of rats. The aim of this study is to research the possibility of use of Ferula conocaula korov, Ferula ferulaeoides(stend.) korov instead of Ferula sinkiangensis K. M. Shen. The results showed: hree Ferula markedly prevent and cure stress ulcers and gastric ulcers induced by aspirin in rat. In the isolated examination, three species of Ferula inhibited spontaneous movement on the duodenum of rabbits. The strong tendency order of half inhibited concentration(IC_(50)) is Ferula ferulaeoides(sted.)korov, Ferula conocaula korov and Ferula sinkiangensis K. M. Shen. It concluded that the result provided their pharmacological proof to cure disease of gastroenteric tract and the possible use of Ferula conocaula korov, Ferula ferulaeoides(sted.) korov instead of Ferula sinkiangensis K. M. Shen.
