摘要
通信行业的激烈竞争,使客户细分工作显得越来越重要。该文结合通信行业的实际情况,通过研究数据挖掘的聚类方法,提出了用 K-means聚类算法实现通信行业客户细分,解决了通信行业缺乏细分手段的问题,提高了通信企业的效益和竞争力。
Under the fierce competition in telecommunications, subdivision of telecom clients becomes more and more important. By researching of clustering algorithm, this article puts forward how to use K-means algorithm to subdivide telecom clients. It solves the lack of measures about subdivision of telecom clients and enhances corporate competitive ability and increases profit margin.
