摘要
通过对炸药装药质量影响发射安全性的原因进行分析 ,得出了影响发射安全性的主要因素是装药疵病。为了提高装药质量 ,有效解决主要影响炸药发射安全性的装药疵病 ,提出了采用低比压顺序凝固技术和直接分步压装技术的新型装药技术方法 ,并通过对炸药装药采用先进的无损检测技术 ,替代至今仍沿用的开合弹检验的落后方法 ,得到高质量的炸药装药 ,为提高炸药发射安全性提供良好基础。通过利用模拟实验装置测定无宏观缺陷装药条件下的承载应力 ,结果表明 ,只要装药质量无疵病 ,其强度足可以承受高膛压发射条件下的过载而不会早炸 ,其发射安全性是有保证的。
Effects of different charging quality on launching safety are analyzed. Result concludes that the main factor affecting the launching safety is the charging defects. In order to improve the charging quality and to remedy the defects, new charging techniques, i.e. low-pressure solidified technique and direct pressing technique are put forward. Advanced nondestructive test instead of traditional cut open method is adopted in charging examination. As a result, a high quality charging is obtained with a good foundation for launching safety. The simulated experiment to test the bearing stress under the condition of non-macroscopic defects in charging shows that if there is no defects in charging, there will be enough strength to bear overload of high pressure in launching process and will not be able to explode. Therefore launching safety is guaranteed.
