摘要
针对夏热冬冷地区特殊的气候类型,采用动态投资回收期方法,引入了年采暖空调回收系数,提出了外墙保温隔热后投资回收期n和节约资金P的计算公式,并推导出复合外墙绝热层的经济厚度.根据成本效率εinv公式,通过简化计算,得出投资单位能源所节约的费用随成本效率εinv的递增而增多的结论,并结合实例详细分析了投资的经济性和合理性.
In accordance with the special weather in hot summer and cold winter zone ,by means of dynamic investment recovery period and introducing the year heating and air condition recovery coefficient ,this paper puts forward a calculation formula of investing recoupment period n and economizing funds P for thermal insulated of external wall , and deduces the economic thickness of thermal insulated layer of compound wall.On the basis of the cost efficiency ε(inv)formula, through simplifying and calculating, a conclusion is drawn that saving expenditure increase with the rise of cost efficiency ε(inv) in the investment of unit energy sources, and the economical efficiency and the rationality of the investment are analyzed by the case.
