摘要
以某大型客车的空气弹簧独立悬架为例,考虑了空气弹簧的变刚度特性,利用虚拟样机技术建立了该空气悬架的多体动力学模型,并借助ADAMS软件进行了刚体运动学仿真分析研究,得到了随着车轮跳动该型悬架的各项定位参数的变化规律。结果证明,该型空气弹簧独立悬架具有较好的车轮定位参数变化特性。
The independent suspension with air springs used in a kind of great passenger car is taken as an example and the multi-body kinematic model of the suspension is established by making use of Virtual Prototyping Technique and considering the variational stiffness of the air suspension. Then kinematic simulation and analysis of rigid bodies is carried out using the software ADAMS,and the change regularity of each alignment parameter of the suspension with jumping of wheels is obtained.The analysis result proves that this kind of air suspension has good performance in the change of alignment parameters of the wheels.
