摘要
在竞争优势理论与企业核心能力理论的基础上,本文通过实际调研,对上海民营高科技企业核心技术竞争力的现状及其面临的主要问题进行了研究,对发现的问题进行了理论阐述,并从企业内部与外部两个方面提出了解决这些问题的思路。
Based on the theory of competitive advantage and enterprise core competence, this paper makes a study of present situation and principle development obstacles of private high-tech enterprises in Shanghai from core technological competitive angle. It theoretically elaborates on the existing problems, and puts forward the train of thought which can be used to overcome these obstacles from the enterprises’ both inside and outside point of view.
