摘要
针对在采油工程中沉没度不合理的问题,以Fluent6.1及Borland C++Builder作为开 发工具,提出了抽油泵抽油过程仿真分析的一种方案,建立了满足生产需求泵效与沉没度关系的数 学模型,给出了单井沉没度诊断系统.试验结果表明,采用该系统确定的单井沉没度范围符合实际 要求,调参后单井日产液增加可达到2t.
In order to deal with the problems of unreasonable submergence depth in the oil extraction, based on the tool of Fluent6.1 and Borland C++ Builder, this paper offers the method of analysis which is the simulation of the oil well pump's working process. This paper creates a mathematical model of the relation between the pumping efficiency and the submergence depth, which can meet the need of production, and gives the diagnostic system of single well' s submergence depth. It is certified that this system accords with the need of practice and the incremental output of single well adjusted parameters can arrive at 2t.
