摘要
介绍了首钢 2 10 t转炉— L F— 8流方坯连铸机工艺流程生产 2 0 Cr Mo A的工艺控制 ,2 10 t转炉采用顶底复吹冶炼降低了钢水氧化性 ;对 L F渣系进行了优化调整 ,提高了脱硫率和钢水纯净度 ;结晶器电磁搅拌参数选用5 Hz/ 30 0 A ,中间包过热度控制在较窄范围 ,采用 1.0 7L / kg比水量的自动配水 ,铸坯低倍质量良好 ,中心偏析程度很小。与国标相比 ,轧材力学性能有较大富余量。通过对转炉、L F、连铸各工序的优化控制 ,首钢二炼钢生产出了内外部质量优良的产品 。
The process control of 20CrMoA produced by the route of 210 t converter—ladle furnace—eight strand billet caster at Shougang Corporation is introduced The oxygen potential of liquid steel in converter is decreased by bottom blowing The top slag of ladle furnace is composed of CaO SiO 2 Al 2O 3 MgO CaF 2, the desulphurization rate is increased and cleanness of steel is improved dramatically The parameter of EMS is 5 Hz/300 A and tundish superheat is controlled in a tight temperature range, the spray water density of secondary cooling is maintained around 1 07 L/kg which is automatically adjusted with casting velocity As a result the macrostructure of the billet is great and the central segregation is decreased The non metallic inclusion content and grain size in final product are satisfactory, the average total oxygen and nitrogen content in final product are low enough, the mechanical properties of final products reach high level comparing with national standards of China In this way, Shougang No 2 steelmaking plant's 20CrMoA meets customers' requirements
