摘要
基于柱塞泵的脉动分析模型,提出了一种基于小波变换的柱塞泵故障诊断方法。以泵出口处的压力信号作 为分析信号,利用小波变换将该信号进行频谱分解,可有效地提取压力信号中所包含的故障信号。仿真与试验结 果均表明:基于小波变换对泵出口压力信号的分析可实现泵的故障诊断。
Based on a pulsating analysis model, a hydraulic pump fault diagnosis approach is presented. By this approach, the diagnosis is based on the pressure signal measured at the outlet port of the pump. The obtained signal is transformed into frequency domain for performing wavelet analysis to separate the fault signal from the pressure signal at the time a fault occurs. This method is first evaluated via simulation analysis, and then validated against test data. Results showed that this wavelet based fault diagnosis method is capable of detecting pump failure using the outlet pressure pulsating signal.
