摘要
通过文献资料、体育统计和逻辑分析等方法,对体育专业学生在田径普修课技术教学中出现的运动损伤进行分析和研究,并提出相关的预防措施,为田径安全教学和提高教学质量提供有益的保障。
By means of documentation,statistics and logical analysis,this essay takes a deep look at sports injury of PE specialty students during the process of skills teaching in the general course of track and field,and provides corresponding preventive measures,which will be greatly helpful for a secured track and field course teaching and improvemnt of teaching quality.
