摘要 苯酚羟基化制邻、对苯二酚是研究最为活跃的绿色工艺之一,由于反应过程复杂、副产物多,反应产物的分析势必是评价结果好坏的关键。本文采用反相高效液相色谱法分析反应体系中的苯酚、邻苯二酚、对苯二酚和间苯二酚等有机组分的浓度,采用碘量法分析双氧水含量,从而测定反应的转化率、选择性和产品收率。实验表明,本文建立的方法操作简便、精度高、平行性好,完全适用于苯酚羟基化反应催化剂筛选和工艺研究。 Phenol hydroxylation is the most prospective green technology to prepare catechol and hydroquinone. The analysis of the reactants and products during the hydroxylation is the key factor to estimate this process because of many complex side-reactions. In this article, a precise analysis method based on HPLC was established to determine the concentrations of phenol, catechol and hydroquinone, and the iodometry was used to titrate H_2O_2 concentration in order to monitor the reaction process. It was shown that all these methods were convenient, accurate and perfectly suitable for the research of phenol hydroxylation process.
