摘要
本文采用超音速气流粉碎机对二硫化钼(MoS2)粉体进行粉碎,从而得到纳米二硫化钼。XRD分析结果显示MoS2晶体结构在粉碎过程中未发生转变;SEM分析结果显示粉碎后MoS2粉体粒径明显变小,剥离后得到MoS2片层厚度为30~50nm。
The nanoscaled molybdenum disulfide (MoS_2) was prepared by using supersonic jet mill. Results of XRD show that crystal structure of crushed MoS_2 keeps the original hexagonal structure, but the average size of grains becomes smaller. Results of SEM have conformed the XRD results and show that the size of crushed MoS_2 particles in the perpendicular direction of layer is 30~50nm.
