摘要
文章从世界及我国即将面临的严重的人口老龄化问题入手,提出应在我国建立起一种具有稳定性和可持续性的养老保障制度的观点。通过分析我国现阶段以社会统筹与个人账户相结合为主的养老保障制度,提出关系到养老保障制度生存及改革中亟待解决的四个问题,并分别就这四个问题提出了可行的解决方案。
The paper talks about the serious aging problem that the world and our country will face soon. It puts forward that we should set up a stable and constant pension system in our country, analyzes the pension system, which relies mainly on the social pool, combined with personal account at the present stage,then proposes four urgent problems related to the survival and reform of the pension system, puts forward the feasible solutions to the four problems mentioned above separately.
