摘要
目的 探讨倍频Nd∶YAG激光对视网膜静脉阻塞 (RVO)的治疗效果。方法 应用倍频Nd∶YAG激光对 82例 1 0 1眼RVO患者行视网膜光凝术。激光波长 5 32nm ,功率 0 3～ 0 5W ,光斑直径 2 0 0～5 0 0 μm ,照射时间 0 1～ 0 2 5s。随访 3～ 1 8个月 ,对比分析光凝前后视力及眼底荧光血管造影 (FFA)的变化情况。结果 激光治疗后视力提高 78眼 ,占 77 2 3%;无变化者 1 6眼 ,占 1 5 84 %;视力降低者 7眼 ,占 6 93%。FFA示激光治疗后有效 87眼 ,其中CRVO患者 32眼 ,有效 2 6眼 ,有效率 81 2 5 %;BRVO 6 9眼 ,有效 6 1眼 ,有效率 88 41 %。结论 倍频Nd∶YAG激光治疗RVO有显著疗效。
Objective To study the curative effect of Fd-Nd ∶YAG laser on retinal vein occlusion(RVO). Methods The 101 eyes in 82 patients with RVO were treated with Fd-Nd ∶YAG laser.The period of follow-up was 3 to 18 months. The visual acuity and funds fluorescein angiography(FFA) were analyzed comparatively before and after laser photocoagulation. Results The visual acuity was improved in 78 eyes(77.23%),unchanged in 16 eyes (15.84%) and decreased in 7 eyes(6.93%). 87 eyes was efficiently improved with FFA .The effective rate of the 26 eyes with CRVO is 81.25%. The effective rate of 61 eyes with BRVO is 88.41%. Conclusions Fd-Nd ∶YAG laser has notable curative effect for RVO.
