西葫芦幼瓜发育过程中有机物质的变化研究 被引量:1

摘要 不同处理西葫芦幼瓜 4个同部位几种有机物质的测定结果证明 ,不同处理的幼瓜内可溶性蛋白质、还原糖含量变化比较敏感 ,而未授粉处理中这两种物质的平均含量明显都低于人工授粉与激素处理 ;所有处理中开花前蛋白质水平高于花后 ,只是未授粉处理表现更为明显 ;瓜柄还原糖含量在未授粉处理后 (花后 ) 6~ 1 0天出现一个峰值。幼瓜内各部位蛋白质含量存在胎座 >中壁 =端壁 >瓜柄的共同特点 ,而Vc含量存在胎座 >中壁 =端壁 Some organic substances in four sites of pumpkin young fruits under different treatments were measured.Soluble proteins and reduced carbohydrates are sensitive among treatments or four sites and their average content treated with non pollination is lower,particularly than artificial pollination and hormone treatments;The content of proteins before flowering appears higher than latter in all treatments,But it is more obvious in non pollinanation.Content of reduced carbohydrate in fruits' stem expresses a climax value during 6~10 days after being treated with non pollination.Moreover the content of proteins in each places of young fruits has a characteristic of placenta>mid wall>tip wall>stem and content of Vc shows placenta>mid wall=tip wall=stem.\;
