摘要
利用光镜和电镜技术对鹌鹑血细胞进行了显微及亚显微结构的观察。结果表明,红细胞呈椭圆形,胞质电子密度较高,内含线粒体;胞核也为椭圆形,染色质块明显。异嗜细胞质内主要成分是嗜酸性颗粒,其大小不等,形态多样。酸性粒细胞质内的嗜酸性颗粒多为圆形。硷性粒细胞胞质内嗜硷性颗粒有两种,即Ⅰ型颗粒和Ⅱ型颗粒。淋巴细胞与单核细胞同其它家禽的相应细胞形态结构相似。血栓细胞呈圆形或椭圆形,胞质内常含有1~2个嗜天青颗粒,其电子密度较高,胞核异染色质发达,染色较深。
The blood cells in quails were studied with light microscope and electron microscope. The results showed that the e.rythrocyte was oval, there was mitochondrion in the cytoplasm. Neutrophil bad granules of varied siape that are acidophilic and high electron-dense. The granules in the acidophil were round.homogeneous and more dense in electron density.There were two kinds of granules in basophils (I-type granule and II-type granule).The features of lymphocytes and monocytes of quails were similar to those of other fowls. Thrombocyte is round or oval,there is one or two high electron-dense azurophil granules in the cytoplasm.
