摘要
高铬铸铁以锰代钼后的一个问题是残留奥氏体量增多,硬度下降。本文研究了含锰4%的高铬铸铁的亚临界淬火,用正交试验设计方法试验了亚临界淬火处理的脱溶温度和脱溶时间的影响。用本试验条件下得出的最佳工艺,可使含锰4%的高铬铸铁的残留奥氏体量减少到17%,硬度达到HRC64,抗冲击磨损性能与含钼2%的高铬铸铁相近。
When alloying element manganese is substituted for molybdenum in high chrominum white irons, the amount of retained austenite increases and the hardness decreases after quenching. In this article, suberitical quenching to high chrominum white iron containing 4% manganese was investgated, the effects of the heat treatment temperature and the heat treatment time on the hardness were studied by means of orthogonal design, optimum treatment parameters were given.Under optimum treatment condition, high chrominum white iron Containing 4% manganese after suberitical quenching improvling the amount of retained austenite decreases to 17%, the hardness increases to HRC 64, its resistance to abrasion under the condition of severe repeated impacts is similar to that of high chrominum white iron containing 2% molybdenum.
