摘要
针对项目工程应从人、成本、资源和现场施工进度、施工质量等方面进行管理作了介绍 ,提出了项目工程的管理和控制的具体措施 ,以使项目工程的管理和控制协调发展。
The engineering project management is elaborated from manpower, cost, resources and other aspects. Practical management and control measures are proposed based upon introduction of progress management and construction quality control in order to realize coordinate development of management and control.
