摘要
报道111例手术中需要提出肠管进行探查和减压等操作的小肠急腹症患者,利用平均55秒的时间对每例小肠长度进行测量。结果:男78例,均长391.29cm±127.32cm;女33例,均长371.42cm±149.33cm;男女两性小肠均长为385.74cm±134.79cm。两性小肠长度无显著性差异。小肠的长度与身高相关性不大。
Authors measured the length of small intestines in 111 cases of acute abdomenal diseses. The average length of the small intestine was 391. 29cm±127.32cm and 371. 42cm±149.33cm in 78 male adults and 33 female adults espectively. The length of the small intestine in all the 111 cases was 385. 74cm±434. 79cm. There was no significant sexual difference according to the correlation coefficient (r=—0. 068). It has been proved that there was no correlation between the length of the small intestine and the height of person. There was a significant difference between lengths of small intestine in autopsy (average length 6m) and in operations.
