摘要
本文报道了短纤维/R—PVC复合材料的增韧改性。研究了五种不同增韧剂及其含量对复合材料性能的影响;探讨了DOP含量、短玻璃纤维和短涤沦纤维及其混杂比等对复合材料性能的影响;对冲击试样的断口进行了SEM分析。结果表明,有机增韧剂会破坏玻璃纤维-基体的粘结界面,对复合材料没有增韧作用;超细CaCO_3可以明显地增韧复合材料,并且复合材料具有较高的拉伸强度和较好的综合性能。
Toughening study of short fiber reinforced R-PVC composites is reported, The influeces of five kind of toughened agents and their contents, DOP contents, short E-glass fiber and PET fiber and the hybrid ratios etc. on the composite properties were investigated. The broken sections of the samples were analysed by SEM. The results showed that the adhesive boundary between E-glass fiber and the matrix were damaged by organic toughening agents, and there were not toughening action to the composite; the superfine CaCO_3 evidently toughened the composites, and there fore obtained higher tensile strength and combined properties.
