摘要
本文采用有限元法建立了熔体在型腔中的流动模拟体系,对充模过程中的温度波动、过充模、摩擦过热等因素进行线性加权,再用SUMT(调用Powell)混合罚函数法实现了对注塑工艺条件的优化选择。
A flow simulation of the injection molding is presented during the fill phase and an objective function is constituted with temperature difference,overpack and frictional overheating. The objective function is minimized by SUMT. The optimized injection molding conditions are applicable to any complex injunction processing.
