摘要
目的 观察芫花根总黄酮的镇痛效果 ,并探讨其镇痛的作用机制。方法 采用佐剂性关节炎大鼠为疼痛模型 ,以消炎痛肠溶片为阳性对照药 ,观察芫花根总黄酮对大鼠痛阈、疼痛级别以及炎症局部组织中前列腺素E2 (PGE2 )、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)的影响。结果 芫花根总黄酮可使佐剂性关节炎大鼠痛阈增加和疼痛级别降低 ,显著减少炎症组织中PGE2 含量 ,提升炎症组织中SOD的活力 ,并且芫花根总黄酮的作用强度和消炎痛肠溶片类似。结论 芫花根总黄酮具有较好的镇痛效果 ,其机制可能和抑制PGE2 生成 ,提升SOD活力有关。
Objective To investigate the analgesic activities of DTF, and discuss the analgsic mechanism of the total flavonoids of Daphne genkwa.Methods Adopting adjuvant arthrititis(AA) model by freund's complete adjuvant, the influence of DTF on pain-threshold, the nociceptive level, the content of PGE 2, the activity of SOD were observed, compared with indomethacin.Results DTF evidently increased pain-threshold, debased the nociceptive level, inhibited the production of PGE 2,enhanced the activity of SOD in AA rats,and the analgesic effects of DTF was similar to that of indomethacin in our experiment.Conclusion DTF were one of the major components suppressing pain and its mechanism may be related to decreasing the product of PGE 2, as well as enhancing the activity of SOD
