摘要
预防大剂量顺铂化疗所致胃肠道不良反应，在化疗前、后口服冷牛奶加肾上腺素，缩短了顺铂化疗后恶心、呕吐等胃肠道不良反应时间，减轻了化疗对患者食欲的影响，从而改善患者的营养状况，使其体力尽早得到恢复。
Oral administration of cold milk and epinephrine prior to large dosage of diamino dichloro- plalinum(DDP) chemotherapy shortened the duration of gastrointestinal reactions such as nausea and vomiting,and improved appetite arising from DDP chemotherapy,thus helping energy recovery of such patients.
