摘要
目的观察静滴不同温度甘露醇对兔耳缘静脉及其周围组织的损害。方法将成年新西兰大白兔64只随机分为A，B，C，D4组，依次经耳缘静脉滴入不同温度20％甘露醇，以穿刺点及穿刺点距近心端1cm处为中心，活体时各切了耳廓组织1cm2，放入10％福尔马林溶液内固定24h作病理检查。结果静满不同温度20％甘露醇对兔耳缘静脉及周围组织的损害程度各异，35℃时损害最轻。结论甘露醇温度越低，对血管及其周围组织的损伤越重。
Objective To study the damage of mannitol at different temperatures to the ear-vein of rabbit. Methods Different temperature mannitol was dripped in the ear-vein of rabbits. Two 2 cm2 ear tissue was cut off,one is from the puncture point,the other is 1 cm from the point to the heart.The tissue was fixed in the formalin for 24 h. Results Pathological examination showed that there was significant differences on the lesion of different temperature mannitol to the ear-vein of rabbit.When the mannitol's temperature was at 35℃,the lesion is the lightest. Conclusion It is different to induce the lesion to vein at the different temperature. The lower temperature is,the more serious the lesion is. Therefore we should make positive protection in clinical work, and the choice of mannitol's temperature is a very important method.
