摘要
目的 :建立牛膝总甾酮含量测定的新方法。方法 :采用大孔吸附树脂提取分离牛膝总甾酮 ,以 5 0 mg· m L- 1 香草醛冰醋酸溶液和高氯酸为显色剂 ,在 5 5 0 nm波长处测定样品吸收度。结果 :总甾酮在 10 0 .4~ 30 1.2 μg范围内 ,线性关系良好 ,其回归方程为 :A=32 1.1C× 10 - 5- 0 .0 85 ,r=0 .9983。结论 :分光光度法适合牛膝总甾酮含量的测定。
Objective: To establish a new method for the determination of total phytosterone from Achyranthes bidentata. Methods: Total phytoserone was seperated by macroreticular resin, measured by spectrophotometry with 50 mg·ml -1 veniua-glacial acid solution and perchoric acid as developing olyes and detected at 550 nm wavelegth. Results: The calibration curve was linear (r=0.998 3) in the range of 100.4~301.2 μg and the curve was A=327.1C×105-0.085. Conclusion: The spectrophotometry is suitable for the determination of total phytosterone from Achyranthes bidentata.
