人肌肉组织褪黑素受体mRNA的表达

摘要 为证实褪黑素受体 (melatoninreceptor ,MR)存在于人肌肉组织内 ,取人脊柱两侧肌肉组织抽提总RNA ,应用RT -PCR检测MRmRNA并测序。结果表明人脊柱两侧肌肉组织内有褪黑素受体mt1及MT2 表达 ,测序结果与人类褪黑素受体cDNA相吻合。证明肌肉组织是褪黑素作用的靶器官 ,褪黑素可能通过存在于肌肉组织中的mt1及MT2 受体 ,来调节脊柱两侧肌肉组织的生长发育。 To verify the expression of melatonin receptor mRNA in human, muscle, muscle beside vertebrae was collected to obtain total RNA and the mRNA of melatonin receptor was detected by RT-PCR method.The electrophoretic results of RT-PCR products by mt 1 and MT 2 primer were all positive and the sequence is corresponding with human melatonin receptor cDNA. It suggests that melatonin may act on the muscle beside vertebrae directly and regulate its growth and development.
