摘要
提出房地产投资多目标决策模型,结合指标及数据分布特点将投影寻踪方法应用到房地产风险评价中,采用实码加速遗传算法来简化PP模型建模过程,该方法直接面向数据建模,将多种指标线性投影为决策者提供了一个综合全部指标信息的决策依据,且具有简便、通用、准确等优点。
It is a complex problem of multi-objective and multi-factor decision making on venture investment in estate. It exists the problems of single index, the influence from the subjective factors and the data by many hypothetical limitations. Considering the indexes and the characteristics of data, this paper creatively applies the projection pursuit model to decision making on venture investment in estate, which constructs the model from the data, projects the multi-index linear, and provides a decision referring of comprehending the all index information. Furthermore, it has the advantages of simplicity, common, and objective of result and so on.
