摘要
研究了超支化聚合物在硝酸介质中分离富集硒,吸附的容量大,选择性高,无污染。同时研究了分离后硒在硝酸介质中,痕量硒(Ⅳ)催化溴酸钾氧化2',4'-二氯苯基荧光酮褪色的指示反应及其动力学条件,据此建立测定痕量硒(Ⅳ)的新方法,方法的检出限为4.21×108g·L1,测定范围为0-0.6μg/10mL,用于样品的测定获得满意结果。
Preconcentration of Se(Ⅳ) from the sample solution by using hyperbranched polymer as adsorbent was deseribed. The hyperbranched polymer adsorbed with Se(Ⅳ) was ashed at 800℃ and the residue was dissolved with acid and Se (Ⅳ) was determined photometrically based on the color fading of 2, 4-dichlorophenylfluorone (DCIPF) by its oxidation reaction with KBrO3, which is catalyzed by the presence of trace amounts of selenium. The decrease of absorbance (△A) of DCIPF measured at 470nm kept a linear relationship with concentration of Se (Ⅳ) in the range of 0-0. 6 μg per 10 mL of solution. Detection limit of the reaction for Se(Ⅳ) was found to be 4. 21×0-8 g·L-1. This method has been applied to the analysis of samples of Se in tea, ginseng, wheat flour, and human hair, and analytical results were in agreement with the results of ICP-AES method.
