摘要
对临床关于病房家属陪护的原因和利弊进行分析,指出减少病房陪护率的管理措施:严格制订规章制度,切实抓好家属陪护的管理;注重患者的生活护理,提高护理质量;建立专职陪护培训和统一管理系统;完善相关配套服务措施,维护家属身心健康。
This article analyzed the causes,advantages and disadvantages of family members accompany in the wards,and proposed the management measures to decrease the rate of accompany,which including:establishing strict regulations and rules to management family members accompany;attaching importance to the hospitalized patients’ basic daily life care to improve the quality of nursing;setting up the uniform training and management system of full-time professional accompany;modifying the correlative service to maintain the family members’ health of body and mind.
