摘要
在市场经济条件下 ,信用就是竞争力 ,科技信用管理是构建国家信用体系的重要组成部分。我国的信用管理已随着市场经济的发展迅速成长 ,但是现阶段我国科技管理中与信用相关的管理现状令人堪忧 ,因此应加速科技信用管理体系的建设。在顶层设计初具规模的框架下 ,探讨建立健全信用体系的有效途径 ,使科技信用管理机制的作用在我国的科技管理中得到充分的体现。
In the market economy,credit is a competition.Scientific and technical credit system is the important part of the national social credit system.China's credit management industry is growing fast alongside the rapid development of the market economy.It's badly worried about the present status of the national scientific and technical credit system.Therefore,it will speed up the construction of the national scientific and technical credit system under the realistic situation.Under the national credit system frame,we design and study the valid path to establish the sound credit system in the scientific and technical activities.
