摘要
结合哈尔滨市水利规划设计研究院关于通河县铧子山水库调水工程方案设计 ,通过对其不同规模的大、中、小三个方案进行经济分析 ,利用现金流量计算折现值进行分析比较 ,从中作出最优选择 ,使方案在经济上合理 ,技术上可行。
The author takes example for the attemper water project of Huazisan reservoir in Tonghe County,and choose the best project after compare three of big,middle,small project′s analysis base on the economy.In order to make the choice project in reason at economy and feasible in technology.
