摘要
为了探明药用野生稻与栽培稻杂交后代对稻纵卷叶螟的抗虫稳定性,对其杂交后代进行了接虫试验和自然鉴定。结果表明,亲本药用野生稻PC和种间杂交后代品系AC 1、AC 3对稻纵卷叶螟表现较高抗虫性,可为选育抗虫品种提供参考。
The interspecific hybrid of medical wild rice(Oryzq officinalis) cultivated variety (O. sativa) is inoculated with rice leaf roller in field for investigating its insect-resistant stability. The results show that medical wild rice (P_C) and A_(C-1),A_(C-3) lines of (interspecific) hybrid have the strong insect-resistance to rice leaf roller, which could be used in rice insect-resistant breeding.
