新型骨修复生物活性材料——固骼生的应用体会 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨采用新型人工合成生物活性玻璃—固骼生(NovaBoneTM)在四肢长管骨骨折的应用。方法回顾分析了2002年2月~2003年9月期间采用内固定加固骼生(NovaBoneTM)手术的四肢骨折、骨不连接及骨缺损患者38例,定期观察切口愈合及骨折修复情况。根据临床疗效,综合评价该材料的生物相容性、成骨活性。结果全部38例手术获得成功,经12~30个月的随访,所有骨折均愈合,局部无疼痛,无内固定失败,关节功能良好。结论固骼生(NovaBoneTM)作为人工合成的骨替代材料,在人体应用确有安全、方便,避免取自身骨之痛苦,其独特的生物学特性和骨生成性为骨折修复、骨缺损填充开辟了一个新的有效途径。 Objective:To discuss the applications of NovaBone^TM -a new artificial bioactive glass,used in long bone fractures of the extremities .Method:A review of 38 cases during Feb.2002 to Sept.2003 with fractures, bone non-union and lack of bone tissue of the extremities, had done operation by internal fixation and NovaBone^TM .The healing of incision and the repaired of fracture had been observed regularly . According to its clinical results,a comprehensive evaluation to its biological compatibility and osteoblastic activity had been given .Result:Total 38 cases successed thoroughly in this way ,while 12~30 months follow-up,all fractures healed with good joint function,no local pain and no internal fixation failure .Conclusion :As an artificial material for bone, NovaBone^TM is safe and convenient.It can also avoid the pain from taking self-bone tissue .It opens up a new and effective pathway for the repairment of fracture and filling up the defect of bone tissue.
