摘要 本文导出了用最小二乘法对1/f噪声功率谱进行曲线拟合的具体算法,提出了一种提高拟合精度的加权法,并与传统方法对比分析了拟合误差,用实际处理结果证明了加权法对1/f噪声功率谱低频部分的拟合质量有很大改善,能提高曲线拟合的整体效果。 During the data processing for the measurement of 1/f noise spectrum, curve fitting is the key point, and the fitted accuracy plays an important role in evaluating the fitted effect. In this paper, the actual algorithm with least square method in approaching a fitted curve using the measured data of 1/f noise spectrum is deduced, and weighted method is proposed which can improve the fitted precision, especially for low frequency range of 1/f noise spectrum. Finally, some applying results and error analysis are given.
