金属液在连续纤维预制型中的横向补缩

摘要 研究了金属液在连续纤维预制型中的横向补缩。提出了金属液在连续纤维预制型中的横向补缩模型 ,依据契尔文诺夫定律推导出横向补缩时纤维束间距与纤维几何形态、金属基体凝固收缩率和纤维体积分数之间的关系式。研究了温度梯度和凝固压力对碳纤维 /铝复合材料横向补缩的影响。结果表明 :纤维束间距、束内纤维间距。 Transverse feeding of molten metal in continuous fiber preform was investigated theoretically and experimentally.A transverse feeding model was proposed,and a formula of fiber bundle spacing related to fiber geometry,solidification shrinkage rate of metal matrix and volume fraction of fiber were derived from Chevnov law during transverse feeding.The effects of temperature gradients and solidiification pressure on the transverse feeding of C fiber/Al composites were investigated.The results showed that fiber bundle gap,fiber gap in bundles,temperature gradients and solidification pressure siginificantly affect the transverse feeding of continuous fiber reinforced composites.
