摘要
采用两种计算方法对制氢装置转化炉的HP40Nb材质的炉管进行了强度计算。计算表明,采用平均应力公式计算完全能够满足设计、使用要求,且计算简单方便。通过计算证实,转化炉管受温差应力影响最大,如何稳定运行工况,提高操作水平,是延长转化炉管使用寿命的关键。
Two calculation methods are used in the strength calculation for HP40Nb steam reformer tubes in the hydrogen generation plant. The results exhibit that the calculation by mean stress equation can fully meet the design and operation requirements. The calculation also confirms that the temperature difference stress has the greatest impact on the reformer tubes. Stable operation and improved operation are critical for extending the service life of reformer tubes.
