摘要
目的: 探讨吻合一组血管的联合皮瓣应用价值。方法: 本组 26例均为车祸伤,损伤部位在膝小腿或小腿踝足部。均为晚期修复, 皮肤缺损伴骨裸露、创面慢性感染, 创面巨大。创面选用吻合一组血管的联合皮瓣移植修复, 皮瓣最长为 70cm, 皮瓣面积最大为 42cm×24cm。结果: 皮瓣全部成活, 创面全部得到覆盖, 骨折愈合, 保住了肢体, 为功能恢复创造了条件。结论: 吻合一组血管的联合皮瓣能代替吻合多组血管的组合皮瓣临床应用, 节时、节事, 成功率高, 易于应用与推广。
Objective:To investigate the applied value of combined flap that was anstomosed a set of blood vessels.Method:This team included 26 cases, all cases were injured in traffic accident.The wound parts were knee, calf or ankle.All skin defaults was combined with osseous exposure.chromc inflammation and the wound area was huge.So all cases were terminal repair.After drastically debriding, the wound was repaired through transplanting combined flap that was anstomosed a set of blood vessels.The 6 types flaps were selected, it demonstrated signs of adequate circulation.The longest was 70cm,the largest was 42×24cm.Result:All flaps were alive, the wounds were closed up,the fractures were healed up,the feet or calves were reserved.All above was condition, for function reservation.Concluslon:The applying of combined fiap that anstomosed a set of blood vessels could substitutes the built up flaps that is anstomosed a group of blood vessels.The procedure has spent smaller time,and higher successful tatio,so it would be prone to apply and populrize in clinical.
