当转子与静子发生碰摩时, 考虑了机匣的振动, 把转子与机匣作为一个整体, 建立了数学模型和系统的运动微分方程, 研究了在某些特殊情况下方程解的形式, 通过对系统振动响应的频谱图、波形图、Poincaré图以及轴心轨迹的研究, 结果表明, 当机匣的固有频率大于转子转速时, 在振动响应中会出现机匣的固有频率成分。
Vibration characteristics of a rub-impact rotor system with vibration of the stator were investigated. Elastic impact and the Coulomb type of frictional relationship were assumed in the analysis. A nonlinear mathematical model used and the differential equation of the system was obtained. Several forms of solutions of the differential equation were in-vestigated under some circumstances. By analyzing such responses characteristics of the system as spectrums, waveforms, Poincare maps and orbits, the results show that the eigenfrequency component of the stator is found in vibration responses of the system when the eigenfrequency of the stator is higher than the rotating speed.
