摘要
本文用5×2孔的白色聚氯乙烯板(白色PVC)作载体,研制、建立的诊断华支睾吸虫病的白色PVC-Fast-Dot-ELISA试剂盒,检测华支睾吸虫病人血清610份和其它奇生虫病及健康人血清764份,敏感性为97.9％,特异性为97.2％,交叉反应0-7.7％,平均3.5％。试剂盒与NC-Dot-ELISA和PS-ELISA比较,敏感性、特异性均无显著差异。试剂盒稳定性良好。现场应用显示,与粪检的阳性符合率为97.6％,总符合率随粪检方法及检查次数不同而升高。本试剂盒的特点是:试验载体和试验容器合一,孔浅而大,易于洗净,操作方便,快速,全程只需30min,适用于基层群体查病及临床快速检测。
A diagnostic kit of PVC-Fast-Dot-ELISA using a nwe carrier-white PVC film with 5×2 wells has been established and applied to detect specific antibody in sera -with Clonorchis sinensis. 610 sera from patients wtith clonorchiasis, 764 from other parasitic diseases and normal individuals were examined. Sensitivity and specificity of the kit were 97.9% and 97.2%, respectively, Cross rate was 0-7.70% with an average of 3.5%. Comparing with classic NC-Dot-ELISA and PS-ELISA, no significant difference was found in both sensitivity and specificity among them. Good stability has also been achieved. The results in the fields showed that accordance was closely related to the methods and times of stool examination. The characters of the kit are: combination of carrier and container, shallow and wide wells, and easy and fast operation and washing procedures. Whole test only takes about 30 min.
