摘要
本文报道了猪带绦虫病及囊虫病在四川喜德县两个乡的流行情况。共调查1542人,人体囊虫病发病率为0.52％,免疫学阳性率为7.33％。总感染率为7.85％,男多于女,其中彝族总感染率为8.0％,汉族为3.0％。绦虫感染率为4.0％。调查猪334头,猪体囊虫感染率为5.4％。通过调查证实了凉山地区喜德县猪带绦虫病和囊虫病流行是严重的,并对造成流行的因素进行了讨论。
An epidemiological investigation on taeniasis suis and cysticercosis was carried out in 2 townships in Xide County, Sichuan Province. 1542 persons were examined and cysticercosis morbidity was 0. 52% while immunological positive rate 7. 33%. The total infection rate was 7.85 %, in which the infection rate of male was higher than that of female. The cysticercosis infection rate of Yi nationlity was 8.0% and Han 3.0% respectively. The infection rate of Taenia suis among persons examined was 4.0%. 334 pigs were exam- ined, the cysticercosis infection rate was 5.4%. The results showed that taeniasis suis and cysticercosis were heavily prevailing in Xide County. The associated factors regarding prevalence were also discussed in the article.
