摘要
目的 观察早肾方联合卡托普利治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效及作用机制。方法 5 6例早期糖尿病肾病患者应用中药早肾方与卡托普利 6周 ,比较治疗前后尿蛋白量 ,并观察空腹血糖 (FPG)、血压(BP)、甘油三酯 (TG)、总胆固醇 (TC)、尿素氮 (BUN)、肌酐 (Cr)等变化。结果 治疗后尿蛋白明显下降(P <0 .0 1 ) ,BP、FPG、TG、TC均有不同程度下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,BUN、Cr则无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;治疗过程无明显不良反应。结论 早肾方与卡托普利联合应用可明显减少尿蛋白量 ,对降低FPG、TG、TC、BP都有较好疗效 ,且副作用少。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Zaoshen decoction combined with captopril on early diabetic nephropathy and its action mechanism. Methods 56 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were treated by Zaoshen decoction combined with captopril, with a treatment course of 6 weeks. The content of urinary protein, FPG,BP,TG,TC,BUN and Cr were observed and compared before and after treatment. Results The content of urinary protein was significantly decreased after treatment (P<0.01). FPG,BP,TG and TC were decreased at different degree (P<0.05).BUN and Cr were not obviously changed (P>0.05). There was no obvious adverse reaction during the treatment course. Conclusion Zaoshen decoction combined with captopril can obviously reduce the content of urinary protein, which can decrease FPG,BP,TG and TC, with little side effect.
