摘要
目的 有效降低重症监护室的院内感染率。方法 对 2 0 0 0～ 2 0 0 2年我院重症监护室院内感染状况进行分析和探讨。结果 重症监护室的感染率高达 2 2 .0 % ,感染部位以肺部为主 ,其次是创口、胃肠道、泌尿道和血液。结论 采用预见性护理 ,加强消毒隔离。
Objective To effectively reduce rate of hospital acquired infection in ICU and improve nursing quality. Methods Hospital acquired infection cases occurring in ICU in our hospital from 2000 to 2002 were retrospectively surveyed and analyzed. Results The rate of hospital acquired infection in ICU is 22.0% , and the first is pulmonary infection and the second is infection of wound, gastrointestinal tract, urinary tract and blood. Conclusions It can decrease the rate of hospital acquired infection in ICU by applying forecasting nurse, reinforcing disinfection and isolation and strict aseptic operation.
