摘要
简要介绍我国风力发电发展现状,从成本和效益2个方面分析风电上网电价高的原因,提出规模化是风电降低成本和商业化的有效途径。文中还介绍国外在降低风电电价方面的有效经验,并结合我国情况进行分析。
After a brief introduction on the current wind power development in our nation, this paper analyzes the causes of the high tariff level from the aspects of cost and income. It also explaines the scale effects in wind power developments, introduces some effective policies carried out abroad and compares them with the practices in China.
