摘要
分析交通事故发生的诱因 (人、车、道路、环境等因素 )以及当前交通安全管理的现状。利用马尔可夫理论建立预测模型 ,预测未来系统的状态 。
The article analyzes the causes of traffic accidents, people vehicle road environment and current situations of traffic safety management. The author constructs the prediction model by the Markov theory to forecast system situation in the future, which can direct decisions of traffic safety management.
