摘要
本文介绍了一种新的气-气快速混合技术。它利用射流与多孔板撞击所产生的流动特性,实现气-气间的快速混和。本文对影响混合质量的各种参数,诸如:动量比M、多孔板阻力系数ζ、喷管与多孔板间的距离和喷管直径比H/d、混合长度与反应器直径比L/D 等,分别进行了讨论。试验在直径300mm 的冷模中进行.并在直径800mm 的冷模中验证放大规律。研究结果表明,只要选取适当的参数,气-气混合后,在L/D=1处截面上浓度的相对均方根偏差<5%。
In this paper,a new technique of gas-gas rapid mixing is presented.The flow char-
acteristics effected by impingement between jet and perforated plate is used to complete
gas-gas rapid mixing.The parameters which affect the mixing quality have been studied
by the authors,such as momenta ratio M,head loss coefficient of perforated plate ζ,the
ratio of distance between nozzle exit and perforate plate to nozzle diameter H/D and the
ratio of mixing length to reactor diameter L/D.Experiments are conducted in a cold
model device of 300mm in diameter and the scale-up is verified in a cold model of 800mm
in diameter.Experimental results show that,after mixing the relative root mean square
deviation of concentrations across the cross section area of the equipment is less than 5 %
at L/D=1,as long as proper parameters are selected.
