摘要
目的：探讨鼻内窥镜手术及监视系统的临床应用价值。方法：对２０００年１月－１０月行鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎及鼻息肉４０例病例进行分析。结果：鼻内窥镜手术治愈率为９２．５％，好转率７．５％，无效率为０。手术并发症发生率２．５％。结论：鼻内窥镜手术是治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的有效方法，值得推广。
Objective: To explore the clinical values of intranasal endoscopy operation and its moni- toring system. Mathods: To make an analysis on 40 cases of chronic nasosinusitis and rhinopolypus that were performed intranasal endoscopy operation from January to October in 2000. Results: The curative rate was 92. 5% and effective rate was 2. 5%. The incidence of operative complications was 2. 5%. Conclusion: Intranasal endoscopy operation may be an effective methos to cure chronic nasosinusitis and rhinopolypus.
