摘要
对来自我国北纬22~43度,5种不同松毛虫的6个松毛虫赤眼蜂种群在对温湿度的反应方面进行比较研究。供试温度范围为13~33℃,相对湿度范围为35%~95%;测定的种群特征包括发育历期、蛹期死亡率、生殖力和子代性比。还比较了种群间经受低温冷藏能力的差异。结果表明,除了在接近发育起点的低温下外,各地种群对温湿度的反应基本一致。在低温低湿或低温高湿条件下,北方种群中出现了一部分发育相当缓慢的个体,而山东及以南的种群则没有。北方种群也比南方种群更能经受在发育起点以下的低温下冷藏。
Comparative studies of the response to temperature and humidity were conducted among six populations of Trichogramma dendrolimi Matsumura, which were originated from five Dendrollmus species located from 22°N to 43°N in China. Temperature-humidity regimes in the ranges of 13℃ to 33℃and 35% RH to 95% RH were used in the experiments. The population parameters measured included development time, pupal mortality, fecundity and sex ratio of the offspring. In addition, comparison was also made in the capacity of enduring cold-storage among the populations. The results revealed that the six populations showed similar responses to temperature and humidity, except at low temperatures close to developmental threshold where a substantial proportion of individuals in each of the two northern populations had twice the normal development duration. Such slow-developing individuals were never found in the southern populations. After two to three months of cold storage, the northern populations also performed better than the southern ones.
