摘要
抑制WC晶粒长大对于制备超细WC Co刀具材料尤为重要。综合评述了在制备超细WC Co刀具材料中WC晶粒长大的原因以及有关抑制机理,分析了影响VC抑制效果的主要因素,包括VC的添加方式、添加量、复合添加、WC的晶粒度、合金中的钴含量、总碳含量以及烧结方式等。
It is very important to inhibit WC grain growth in the process of preparing superfine WC-Co cutting-tool materals. The reasons of WC grain growth in superfine WC-Co cutting-tool materals and mechanism of inhibiting WC grain growth are summarized, and the main factors influencing the performance of VC inhibitor, such as the type of adding VC, quantity of VC,compound addition, WC grain size, the content of Co or total C in alloy and the type of sintering are discussed.
