摘要
制造业的全球化、信息化要求装配工艺过程能够基于Internet共享工艺信息。本文首先制定了一套装配工艺文件标记语言APFML作为装配工艺的数据结构标准。APFML利用Schema结构定义标记集和XSL显示模板建立装配工艺的信息模型,与工艺数据一起通过Internet在系统之间传递。然后在分析装配工艺文件处理流程的基础上,提出了一个基于Internet集成的装配工艺文件管理平台。该平台使用APFML语言,采用浏览器 /服务器体系结构,是一种面向计算机集成制造和网络化分布制造的快速而低成本的装配工艺信息交换平台。
Manufacturing globalization requires that the assembly process information be shared via Internet. A set of assembly process file markup language (APFML) is developed in this paper as a data framework standard for assembly process. It uses a schema structure set and a XSL form template to build a model for the information of assembly process and deploy it on the Internet along with the process data. Then an integrated Internet based platform for assembly process file management is put forward based on analyzing the flowchart of assembly process, which uses the APFML and a Browser/Server structure to manage assembly process information. The platform provides a fast and low cost data exchange mechanism and facilitates the formation and consistence of data for interoperability of assembly process applications.
