摘要
在无溶剂条件下,以1,4 二(芳氧基乙酰基)氨基硫脲为原料,高碘酸作氧化剂,室温研磨合成了14个新型 1,4 二(芳氧基乙酰基)氨基脲化合物,该法具有无有机溶剂污染、反应速度快、产率高等优点.用IR、1HNMR及元 素分析表征了产物结构.
Fourteen 1,4-di(aryloxyacetyl)-semicarbazides are synthesized by the reaction of 1,4-di(aryloxyacetyl)-thiosemicarbazides with HIO 4·2H 2O by grinding under solvent-free condition.The method compared with traditional solution protocol has advantages of no organic solvent pollution,elevating reaction rate and high yield.The structures of all compounds are characterized by elemental analysis,IR and 1H NMR.
